We belong to the land. Indigenous peoples are the stewards of our homelands & territories. We know best how to care for the water & lands. These lands and water are in our DNA since time immemorial. The land knows us and wants us back. The water knows us & calls us to protect every creek, river, ocean, and waterway. We hold the knowledge with save our planet and global family. No environmental justice will be effective without Indigenous leadership and stewardship in that place.
Defend the Sacred
Justicia Digna is a part of local, national, & international Indigenous led environmental justice movements. We work in the trenches with frontlines water protectors & land defenders to defend the sacred.
Vision
Justicia Digna supports Indigenous led environmental justice movements that respect the sovereignty of our tribal nations & the self-determination of the original stewards of the land. We oppose settler colonialism, green colonialism, extractive industries, & will defend the water, land, & living relatives to the end.
